Refund policy

Comfy Pawz will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit or exchange in size and pattern. You must contact us and initiate the return within 14 days of the date ordered. 


Return Process

  • Initiate the Return Process by emailing comfypawz517@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products/Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Never worn, never washed, and not dirty.
  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, the return and exchange will be completed. If the item does not pass inspection no refund or exchange will be given. 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Final Sales Restrictions

Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Any and all custom orders.
  • Personalized items. 
  • Altered Items (Bandanas that added extra fasteners for a perfect fit).
  • Any holiday bandanas 2 weeks before the holiday and after the holiday. (Example: Halloween, Valentine's Day, Christman, yes this includes July, just as a few examples)

Defective Item Process

If you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately. You have three days from the date of delivery to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three calendar days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include proof of the damage/defect when you email comfypawz517@gmail.com to notify us. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
